SimplyRaw’s Life in the Kitchen raw food workshops teach you how to create fabulous raw cuisine for optimum health and rejuvenation. Whether you are new to the lifestyle or not, SimplyRaw’s classes are the perfect way to find inspiration to adopt a healthier lifestyle for you and your loved ones.
Taught by best-selling author, mother, wife, and raw foodist of 21 years, Natasha’s classes are fun, dynamic and informative.
Classes are always small (maximum of 20 people) to guarantee that everyone has an opportunity to have a personal experience in a casual environment. Students go home with quick and easy recipes that are adaptable in any kitchen and lifestyle. Bring your questions and appetite!

Cancellation policy for all classes: Cancellations requested at least two days prior will be given a full refund. If you find you are not able to attend, feel free to send someone in your place.
