SimplyRaw’s Life in the Kitchen workshops teach you how to create fabulous raw cuisine for optimum health and rejuvenation. Whether you are new to the lifestyle or not, SimplyRaw’s classes are the perfect way to find inspiration to adopt a healthier lifestyle for you and your loved ones.
Taught by best-selling author, mother, and raw foodist of 21 years, Natasha’s classes are fun, dynamic and informative.
Classes are always small (maximum of 20 people) to guarantee that everyone has an opportunity to get first-hand experience in a casual environment. Students go home with quick and easy recipes that are adaptable in any kitchen and lifestyle. Bring your questions and appetite!

Workshops are held at 185 Pretoria Ave., between Oconnor and Bank St., in the Glebe. Parking is available on the street or in the parking lot, just 2 doors east of our house. (Please note that there is now a parking fee at the lot) Don’t forget to bring slippers for comfort.
All dishes are organic, and gluten and dairy-free!
Getting Raw with Natasha
