Collard Rolls from Feb 24 Potluck

I am looking for the recipe for the collard rolls, filled with cabbage/mango, and fastened with a toothpick.

They were FANTASTIC!
There were many people raving about this great recipe, so if whoever made them wouldn't mind parting with the recipe, it would be much appreciated!!

i was amazed with the taste of these... and i hope whoever made them will come forward with the recipe!!

i am pretty sure there was also bean sprouts and sesame oil... perhaps we can figure it out by jotting down the ingredients we remember ! :)
