Not sure if this is 100% raw but it is a tasty dipping sauce for vegetables or onatop of raw pasta:
1/2 cup raw sesame tahini
2 tablespoons honey (or Chicory Sauce or Agave Nectar)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon cold-pressed sesame oil
1 tablespoon Braggs Liquid Soy
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 to 2 tablespoons fresh apple or orange juice
In a blender mix the tahini, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and ginger. Process until smooth. Add enough apple or orange juice to thin it to dipping consistency, keeping in mind that it will thicken a lot when it is chilled. Makes 1 cup |
