Raw Support Group
Do you want to eat healthier, but don’t know where to start?
The SimplyRaw Support Groups are here to help you stay healthy throughout the year. We meet the 3rd Tuesday of every month to share tips on eating nutritionally, how to transition to a well-balanced plant-based diet, and how to avoid processed-food traps, as well as discuss the social challenges of staying healthy in the real world.
This group meets on the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 5-6pm to share, ask questions, and learn from each other. All meetings take place at SimplyRaw Express, 989 Wellington St W.
Led by Natasha Kyssa, admission is free and open to all. Seating is limited to 20 people, so please register in advance to reserve your spot.
