Tim Van Orden

The world is taking notice of Tim VanOrden, elite athlete and creator of the Running Raw Project (RunningRaw.com). Tim is a raw vegan athlete who has an international reputation for excelling in some of the world's most grueling sports. He's recently been crowned the New England Master's Mountain Running Champion and his recent performances in Stair Climb Racing (US Bank Tower, Sears Tower, Empire State Building), have been featured in GQ Magazine, the Wall Street Journal, VegNews, and the London Guardian. In January of 2009 Tim was featured on the Food Network show "My life in food".

Over the past 4 years, Tim has transformed himself from a sedentary couch potato, suffering from severe depression and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome into one of the world's fittest men over forty. He did this by adopting a simple raw vegan diet.  Tim is opening the eyes of athletes around the world to the possibility that a simple, raw, plant based diet can provide performance and health beyond that which has been previously experienced.

Yuri Elkaim

YuriYuri is the founder and owner of Total Wellness Consulting, a leading Canadian-based internet company dedicated to developing the most innovative fitness and nutrition programs to help people live healthier and fitter than ever.

Before founding Total Wellness Consulting, Yuri enjoyed playing professional soccer for 3 years, in Canada with the Toronto Lynx (USL/A-League) and in France with Lille OSC (1st division). He was also a 2-time All-Canadian with the University of Toronto Men’s Soccer team before acting as the Head Strength & Conditioning and Nutrition Coach for the nationally ranked University of Toronto Men’s Soccer program.

Out of the need to help more people get active without the financial cost of hiring a trainer, Yuri also created the revolutionary Fitter U and Treadmill Trainer iPod workouts.These one-of-a-kind "audio" workouts are the next best thing to actually working with Yuri himself!

Jim Carey

Patti McAllister

pattiPatti has been around the health industry for over 20 years. After being diagnosed with a pituitary tumor in 1987, she began the path of health that ultimately healed her. jlavergneAyant complété une formation de Coach de Vie en Emotivo-Rationnel, thérapie cognitive, et aussi une formation de coach alimentaire en alimentation vivante, j’offre depuis déjà trois ans  des cours en alimentation vivante afin que chacun puisse contribuer, avec ces nouvelles connaissances, à faire du redressement alimentaire dans son quotidien.  De plus, depuis 2008, j’ accompagne un groupe  de personnes francophones comme traductrice à l’Institut Ann Wigmore de Porto-Rico, un camp-école en alimentation vivante.

Une conférence est aussi disponible pour les différentes organisations, dans un but éducatif et informatif, D’une durée d’environ une heure et demi, elle met en reflet notre capacité à se réapproprier notre responsabilité face à nos émotions vécues tout en donnant des pistes de solutions.
