Jim Watson
Jim Watson is a candidate for Mayor of Ottawa. Mr. Watson was first elected to the Ontario Legislature representing the riding of Ottawa West – Nepean in 2003 and re-elected in 2007. He served as Ontario’s Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Prior to becoming an MPP, Watson served in several prominent elected and non-elected offices, including President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Tourism Commission — a federal crown corporation; Mayor of the City of Ottawa; Ottawa City Councillor; and as Director of Communications for the Speaker of the House of Commons.
Tony Greco
Tony Greco is Canada's Leading Fitness Specialist, a top graduate from the SPI (Sports Performance Institute), whose certification programs meet or exceed the guidelines established by the National Fitness Leader Advisory Council (NFLAC) in personal training, strength training, and aerobics instruction.
Tony is the director of Training at his four schools for fitness and martial arts in Ottawa. Tony is the founder and Creator of and Greco Lean and Fit and Yoga Lean. Tony can be heard on the Team 1200 for “Grecosize” on Saturday mornings from 9:00- 10:00am.
Tony is frequently sought out by some of the biggest names in the NHL such as Claude Giroux and Darroll Powe of the Philadelphia Flyers, Todd White of the Atlanta Thrashers, Dan Boyle & Lukas Kasper of the San Jose Sharks & Mike Fisher & Brendan Bell of the Ottawa Senators just to name a few.

Citizen Food editor since 1998, Ron Eade has for years indulged his passion for culinary adventure, and invites readers to do the same. At home he regularly experiments in the kitchen and tests new dishes on his wife, Nancy, and nine-year-old son, Graeme.
Gay Cook

Gay writes a weekly food column – Talk of the Town – in the Ottawa Citizen newspaper and is a former food editor of the Ottawa Sun newspaper. She also writes freelance for publications such as Fifty-Five Plus and Food & Leisure Magazine. She regularly teaches demonstration cooking classes and is frequently engaged to speak about Canadian culinary issues. She is an honorary member of the Canadian Federation of Chefs and Cooks and winner of the Sandy Sanderson Award recognizing outstanding food journalists. She is on the Board of Governors of the National Capital Sommelier Guild and a member of Cuisine Canada. When Gay isn't busy entertaining family and friends, she enjoys canoeing or gardening with her collie, Robbie.
Amrita Singh

Amrita Singh is best known as The Frugalista on CBC Radio's Ottawa Morning. From saving dollars by using homemade cleaning supplies, to saving hundreds by cutting the cord on cable TV — Amrita shares her money saving adventures with listeners.
Born in Peterborough, Ontario, Amrita began her media career at Rogers TV in Ottawa. She joined CBC in 2007 and has poured most of her energy into producing content across all platforms: TV, News, Radio, Web. Most recently Amrita produced an exclusive web series called Plugged In for www.cbc.ca/ottawa.
Amrita takes pride in her East Indian heritage. She is currently in Toronto exploring new opportunities with the CBC.
Derick Fage

Derick Fage has always had a passion for acting, entertaining others. Over the past eleven years he has focused on his passion of entertaining, starring in a number of independent films. He’s also a veteran of live theatre, most recently with Big Time Murder Productions, where he has portrayed over a dozen characters.
Derick enjoys hosting daytime for a number of reasons; the wonderful volunteers working behind the scenes, his great friendship with co-host TL Rader, and meeting the people of Ottawa that make this city a great place to live, work and play.
Robert Fife
CTV News Ottawa Bureau Chief
Robert Fife is a Canadian journalist and author, who has been the CTV News Ottawa bureau chief since February 2005. He is a native of Chapleau, Ontario. Fife has been covering national politics since 1978. He began his career in the parliamentary bureau of NewsRadio and moved to United Press International of Canada in 1983. Fife worked as a senior political correspondent for The Canadian Press from 1984-1987. He spent a decade as the Ottawa Bureau Chief for Sun Media where he also wrote a regular column. In 1998, Fife joined the National Post as its Ottawa Bureau Chief. In 2002, he became the Bureau Chief for both the National Post and CanWest News Services.

TL Rader is excited and proud to move into her third season of daytime. Her whirlwind career has taken her to over 119 cities in over 36 countries around the world, but to her – Ottawa is home.
Being a part of daytime has turned out to be one of the most rewarding experiences in TL’s life. She loves to meet and talk with the colourful and interesting people in our community. Also, TL enjoys sharing advice with a team of local experts on the show every day. She treasures the wealth of knowledge it brings and has a great deal of fun while she's at it with her partner in crime, her co-host and great friend Derick Fage.

When it comes to taking on a new adventure – Bill Welychka is your guy. Bill's adventure-seeking spirit is what landed him in the Nation's Capital in the summer of 2006. Bill was born in Welland, Ontario and graduated from Seneca College in Toronto. In 1988 he started his career as an editor and producer with CHUM – and in 1992 stepped in front of the cameras for MuchMusic. Bill became MuchMusic's and MuchMoreMusic's longest running personality resulting in many awards and accolades because of his passion and knowledge of T.V. and the industry. In his 20 years of broadcasting, he has over 3,000 interviews under his belt – including film and TV stars, royalty, politicians, athletes and music legends. Today, Bill is taking on a new adventure as Weather Specialist for News in Ottawa. Bill can also fulfill his adventuresome spirit as he takes viewers along for the ride of their lives with the highly rated 'Bill's Excellent Adventures.'
